Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you buy from us. In fact, we would rather you not buy an item if you don’t love it!
However, if you're not happy with your purchase, we make a mistake in fulfilling your order, or there is a manufacturer’s defect that we don’t catch prior to shipping, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price (We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping).
Simply email us at email@example.com whether you are seeking an exchange or requesting a refund, the reason for your exchange (i.e. it’s damaged, the wrong color or size, etc.) or refund request, and your contact information. Also, please include your order number. We will make every effort to make sure your situation is rectified as quickly as possible, but this process may take up to two to three weeks to resolve. If you receive your product damaged, it would really help us expedite the process if you also emailed us pictures of the damages, including the box it was received in. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Once we have authorized an item to be returned, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent. We suggest you return your item with an insured carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. Caribbean Jubilee is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Items returned without a proper RA#, will be returned back to the customer.
Returns must be sent in the original condition they were shipped. To insure this, please pack them back into their original packaging. Be sure to tape the shipping box properly to guarantee the contents will reach us safely. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your original order and receipt and sent to:

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
There are some items that are exempt from being returned:
Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned. Perishable goods, gift cards, & some health and personal care items are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item and will do so as quickly as possible once we receive the original item back from you. In the even the item is out of stock at the time we receive your item, we will contact you to see if you want to wait for it to come in, or would rather have a refund.
